- The Parr family have a huge secret: Their super heroes. Bob is super strong (Mr. Incredible), Helen can turn basically into a noodle (Elastagirl), Violet can turn invisible, and create force fields, and Dash is super fast. The new baby, Jack-Jack doesn't have powers. And there's problems. Violet has a crush on a boy in her school, (That doesn't know she excists,) Dash wants to do sports, and always gets in trouble, Bob has the worst job ever, and the worst boss ever, and Helen is a stay at home mom for Jack-Jack. So when Bob looses his job, (By throwing his boss into a bunch of cubicles,) Helen is devastated, because she has no job. So, when Bob gets a call from a woman named Mirage, and she knows about his super powers, by following him, he accepts. The only problem is: He can't tell his family. So Bob is going on these super risky super hero jobs, without telling his family, lying, saying he got a new job, their overjoyed. Bob goes on these dangerous missions, and is surprised when someone from his past, Buddy, is there as well. Only he's not asking to be a side kick anymore. He's the boss of Mirage, and apparently the boyfriend. He tries to kill Mr. Incredible, by putting him in deathly situations, because he wants to be the only superhero. He killed every single other one beside the Parr family, and Mr. Incredible tries stop him, but is caught. So when Helen finds out about it, she tries to go get her husband, and her two stowaways, her kids. They were supposed to watch Jack-Jack, but left him to a baby sitter. But on the way, their plane is blown up by Buddy, and then, they are captured after a few fights. They escape, when Violet makes a force field, and are determined to stop Buddy, or Syndrome, from destroying the city, with his man-made machine, that goes wack. Never trust robots! So the Incredibles stop the robot, with their friend Frozone, but Syndrome is no where to be found. They rush back home, and are captured in his trap, just as he's stealing Jack-Jack, and after the baby-sitter left because Jack-Jack was starting to do weird things, like dissapere, or reappear. He flies up, up, until Jack-Jack turns into a mini monster, and Syndrome is flown into a nearby plane, and dies. Jack-Jack returns safely to Helen. It's good after that, Dash eventually gets to do sports, like track, and Violet is asked on a date with her crush, Tony. Things are great for the Parr's, and their going to keep it that way, fighting crime for justice for the city!
