- I have watched this movie many times and enjoy it every time :) I always watch with my class after reading the book as a literature study. Interestingly, there are mixed reactions to the movies; some children prefer the book while others prefer the movie. The movie is a little darker than the book, with some key changes to characters and the introduction of the medallion being magic. I love both the book and the movie, and would recommend it to 9 - 13 year olds who enjoy suspense-filled and exciting stories involving animals.
- i just love this movie and the second one. My fav character is the crow.
