Ivan is a gorilla who lives in a mall and is sad and lonely. Until a baby elephant named Ruby came along. Ruby is a joyful elephant who loves adventure and happiness. This book is filled with friendship, courage, and love, and I thought it was interesting how it showed how Ivans perspective changed throughout the book . This book was really good. I cried once in the middle and once in the end so be prepared! I recommend it to people who like perspective and adventure.
