I often heard my teacher read this book to us and it always left a warm feeling. It's the start of a touching story, beautifully crafted and illustrated by the talented Shel Silverstein. Each day, the boy would visit the tree to enjoy her (apple tree)apples, play on her branches, and slide down her trunk... and the tree was content. Kate McCrady, Lainey Winters, Mia Vasquez with Mia's younger sister, Gabby. All 3 older girls never really believed in stuff like fairies or even the Never-Land itself until one day Gabby did something that they all ended up in the Never-Land which felt never so real to them. The fairy, Prilla who accidently brought all four girls, and the situations while they were there got messed up and they tried to fix their problems at their own. They also met few more fairies like Tinker Bell, Queen Clarion, Vidia, etc. I would recommend this book series for anyone who loves the fantasy as much as I do. - Happy Reading!

Her father and older brother, Jedidiah who got involved of helping do stuff while away from home during the American Civil War of 1863. Reverend McCully along with his wife and daughter; Jane Ellen who Ginny stayed with while her father and Jed were away.
